Every year I make a gift for my friends every year. Last year I made gift bags designed for each person. Nail polish kits with their zodiac sign; Favourite candies; And other things to make it personalized to the person I gave it too.. This year I decided to go in with the mason jar theme and that tied in my Southern heritage; also tying in winter, hehe...This years idea came about since I had most of the items planned out and just needs a few more things to add. Also. the mason jars were planned since you can use them for so many things! From drinks to storage to canning you can do wonders with them. This was also a low budget gift that you can personalize them anyway!
What You Need:
- Mason Jars
- Candies (Kisses, Peanut Butter Cups, etc...)
- Hot Coco Mix
- Anything else to make them to your liking
For starters: Think of the person and put together something that they would like. This year I wanted to keep things simple and usable.
In the mason jar this year I add three packets of hot coco mix, Mint kisses, Ring-Pops in four out of five and the other I added something that my one friend would love from a show she loves. You can make the coco and drink it from the jar and eat the kisses for a minty treat. You can decorate the outside of the jar for the holiday season or leave it clean like I did for a simply look. By adding notes will tell that person you care about them..Happy Holidays everyone and talk to you soon!!
